Birthday Party Reservation Request Form

ADDITIONAL FEES: Non-Swimmers $5 each. Additional Swimmer Wristbands $12 each. Cookie Sundaes $1 each. 

1. The dining portion is held in Tony Roma’s. If you wish to reserve a party room for private dining, there is an additional fee of $50. The reservations agent will need to check availability of a banquet room at the time of booking.

2. All changes must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your event date. 

3. Credit card information must be provided prior to your event to guarantee your reservation. Nothing will be charged until the event.

4. All cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your event date. If your reservation is cancelled, room fee will be forfeited. If your reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, or you and your guests are a no-show, there will be a charge of 25% of the event total (lowest range amount) posted to the card on file as penalty.

5. All parties will be charged a $30 gratuity. There will be a 20% gratuity added to any food ordered in addition to the package.

6. There is a 7% sales tax on all services.

7. No outside food or beverage is allowed into Tony Roma’s or the Waterpark without prior approval (Birthday cake/cupcakes are allowed). 

8. Guests must be clothed with a top, bottom and shoes inside the restaurant.

9. Parties are allowed to bring in decorations such as table tents, balloons and a candle. Candles are not provided by Tony Roma’s or the Grand Harbor for the cookie sundae/cake.

10. We do NOT guarantee seating and/or tables in the Waterpark; these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

11. This agreement must be signed and returned or acknowledged by email in order to guarantee your reservation.

12. We do not start cooking the pizzas until you have checked in with Tony Romas, keep in mind pizzas do take 25-30 minutes. Extra pizzas may be a longer wait time. 

13. On the day of your party, please check in at Tony Roma’s, located on the 2nd floor. After checking in, the host will show you to your table. Wristbands will be delivered by your serving attendant – if you need additional bracelets, please let your server know and they will be retrieved from the front desk by the attendant.
