*Price does not include tax and gratuity. Dining is held in Tony Roma's. There is a $50 fee for a private room (if available). There is a $100 free for a private room on a Saturday or holiday (if available).

Where is dining held? 

Dining will be in the restaurant unless you reserve a party room. There is a $50 fee for a party room, and availability needs to be verified with a reservations agent.

Can I add food and/or wristbands for additional guests?

Yes! You may add food from the party menu as well as our restaurant menu. Wristbands can be added for additional swimmers or spectators- just ask your party attendant!

Can I bring a cake?

Yes. Cake/dessert is allowed with prior approval.

If I reserve a party room, do I need to provide my own linens? Tableware?

No- all linens and tableware are included with the room fee.

Am I allowed to decorate?

Yes! The room is typically available by 10 am on the day of the event. Early access would require prior approval. You are welcome to decorate your party table if dining is held in the restaurant, but we ask that you do not bring confetti.

How much time am I allowed in the room?

A typical room block is 4 hours.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No- However, we do require a credit card number on file in order to guarantee your reservation.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Acceptance of the party agreement is required to guarantee the reservation. Email approval is acceptable.

When do you need the final guest count? 

We prefer to have the guest count at least 3 days prior to the party.

What is the policy if I need to cancel?

We like to have 72-hour notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice or fail to appear, 25% of the party fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

How long are the wristbands valid for? 

Wristbands are valid until the closing of the water park.

Do we have to eat first? 

Typically, the dining portion is held first, and the guests move to the water park afterwards. If your party is held on a Sunday, you may want to swim first since the water park closes at 4pm to ensure ample time for your guests to enjoy the waterpark.

Why am I charged gratuity?

You will have a serving attendant assigned to your event. This attendant is responsible for all setup, food and beverage delivery and taking orders (if applicable), attending to guests’ needs, handling payment and teardown/cleanup of the room.
